Q&As

I'm passionate about seeing people find healing and wholeness. There are times that we can feel stuck, unsure of ourselves, or trapped in a struggle. It’s in those times that we need someone to walk with us. I’m convinced that people are the expert of themselves, but that sometimes we have difficulty seeing that and need a compassionate and patient person to remind them of that, offer them a different perspective, and help them discover new tools for effecting lasting change.

I want to see people healed and able to live in wholeness

I use a variety of client-focused and trauma-informed approaches to help each person meet their individual goals. These approaches include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. My primary focus areas are trauma & PTSD (including religious trauma), relationship & and couples issues, and grief.

I offer telehealth. There is no additional charge for online sessions. Sessions are conducted through Zoom.

Masks can be used, based on the client's comfort level. The office is wiped down and disinfected after each session. Telehealth sessions are available.
