I would highly recommend Greenway roofing. We own a vacation home in Kissimmee, but live in Kansas City. Todd was very responsive to my many questions. We had a short window to get the roof done between guests and we preferred to be in town while the work was done. Todd worked us in on very short notice. They did a great job on installation and came back to run the magnet through a yard an extra time, as well as clean the debris off the pool screen. The project manager (can't remember his name), came over for a final check, made sure we were happy and answered any questions we had. Over the years we've had to weed out contractors that try to take advantage of out of town owners, it was nice to have a contractor be honest and attentive. Five stars :)! More...

I used Greenway as did my parents house to replace our roofs after receiving hail damage on 18 y/o roofs. Some of my neighbors also replaced theirs but used different companies. During the most recent hurricanes I can gladly tell you that we didn’t loose a single shingle yet my neighbors had significant shingle loss & roof damage. Quality work with good product.
