I recently hired Green Army for a trio of tough jobs -- power washing, grill cleaning, and debris removal. The consultant arrived on time to review my needs and provide an estimate. He was professional and pleasant. The day of the job the team was on top of it, completing the tasks beyond my expectations. One member of the team even pointed out an area (of power washing) he was dissatisfied with and planned a date to return to make it perfect! The bottom line is that my experience with the Green Army team was outstanding with professionalism, quality, and pride in their work being their standout qualities. And the price was more than fair. The service is perfect, and the team is great! I received the replacement remote control after calling the customer service. They came to my house the next day after my call (so efficient). The professional sale execute (Sam) is very nice and promised to asign another team member to come back later to check what controller can fit my system. Very suprisely, Mr Daniel (hope not pronounced wrong) came next day, and found the controller he has is not fit my system. He then promised to go back to his shop to search around some old models. We have had the MosquitoNix for over a year, it works great!!! I waited to write my review so I was able to write about the results of the product in addition to the customer service. .. Both the product and the customer service are excellent!!! Don't expect results overnight, it was gradual but within about 1-2 months from installation we noticed a huge decrease in the amount of mosquitos when we were in the pool or hot tub in the evenings! We use to have so many mosquitos secondary to multiple variables that we had no control over, we now have control thanks to MosquitoNix!!! More...

We live near a creek and have a chronic rodent problem (rats, snakes, opossums, and raccoons). Melissa from Green Army came out today and gave a great presentation -- and brought a technician with her to lay traps (both around the perimeter of our yard, in our attic, and in our basement) while she walked us through the overall treatment options. Super professional. We bought on the spot. (The iPad app that she used generated a template cancellation letter to our current sucky pest control service, which saved us the hassle of drafting our own cancellation letter.) A few weeks ago I had two issues that I needed to take care of. I was having an outdoor party at my house and did not want the Mosquitos to be a problem. I had just received a mailer from a new company, Green Army. Looked professional. Did a lot of pest controll and as a bonus were a "green" company. I decided to try them . The gave me a very fair price for a one time prevention. ---Not a bug at the party and everyone was able to enjoy themselves. But this is what sold me on them for good... I had them inspect my house for critters fully expecting them to say I needed some service. But no! They said I had some openings ( which they filled) but no sign of any activity. Professional. My husband and I have used Green Army for Pest Control, Mosquito Control, Window & Gutter Cleaning for the past 2 years. All of their services are great! Everything is paperless and automated and the employees have all been very professional and nice. They send me a text message the mornings they are scheduled to come (as a reminder) and then they follow up with an email that details each service completed, and any concerns or suggestions with pictures from the services completed.
