The easiest travel gym experience I've ever had. The gym had cleaning bottles everywhere and had tons of equipment. The building itself is obviously old, but the gym is well kept and has everything you'd want! The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back if I'm ever in Daytona again! More...

Pretty good gym. Â My uncle is a member here so for a few bucks I got a day pass. Â Tons of benches and machines and seriously like 200 dumbbells. Â Little bit of wear'n'tear but that's fine. Â Lots of sanitizer spray bottles and wipedown cloths around too, so clean up after yourself you animals.My one thing is that it's hot as hell in there. The owner understands that there are different types of people that workout. So here the staff is very good about understanding these differences and addressing them and following through with excellent customer service! This is the #1 gym in the area. Why? Because it is super clean, family owned, huge weight room with all the best equipment, all the cardio equipment you could think of, all the free weights you could want including several benches and bench presses. Massively packed schedule for taking classes so no matter what time you like to come you can find a class that suits your needs whether it be yoga , cycling, or weight training and more! Even classes specifically for the elderly!!!! 1on1 personal training is offered as well, and inexpensive compared to those big corporations. Save money, 15 a month and have 24/7 access to showers and bathrooms and all the equipment. Literally the only gym that can fit ANYONES needs or desires from a gym.(no pools or saunas though) i startex training here 3 or 4 years ago seen this gym go from okay, to AMAZING with one change of ownership and a great manager who is always friendly and professional. Just like her front desk staff. I honestly recommend this gym over any other. Help support family owned business and help the economy. Best atmosphere for a productive workout. Attracts a welcoming, courteous crowd from buff to frail. The classes are engaging and the Wednesday night yoga a much needed hump day reset. Needs expansion because it does get crowded mid day and evenings. Mornings are awesome; only 20 bodies in the whole place. LOVE that we have 24hr access.Treadmills need service for corroded button contacts. Only machine numbers 1, 3, and 4 respond well at the moment. Equipment otherwise tended very well.
