GrayMatter Training originated in 2016 by Paije Buchanan. Understanding GrayMatter Training requires an individual to know what gray matter is. Gray matter are parts of the brain that are awaiting to be unlocked. GMT strives to tap into your reason, your why, and your dedication behind who you want to be. It is essentially a mindset and builds self-esteem with each client. We want you to be able to look in the mirror and love who you are in all capacities, with an emphasis in fitness and physical appearance.
