What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in from scratch cooking with experience in the following cuisines: Vegan/Vegetarian, Paleo, Gluten Free, Italian, Indian, Southern American, French, Creole/Cajun, Mexican, Chinese, Korean and Thai.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I speak with my clients about their specific tastes and what they like. I create a menu/dishes based off their preferences and present it to my client. Once we have agreed on your menu I do shopping and cooking.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating dishes that bring people together or make you feel good inside.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am the grandson of a two Southerners. I was introduced to cooking and eating locally at a young age. From picking vegetables in his grandfather's garden to visiting the local farmers market for fresh ingredients. Cooking has been a part of my family and life since I can remember.
