What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
Photo booths guarantee that every person at a party can take a few minutes and relax and goof off, while making mementos that they will get to take home. They offer tangible memories for guests, great experiences for everyone, and they always get a smile when people see them at a party.
What photo booth props do you offer?
Our standard prop kit comes with a range of props including hats, signs, beads, masks, and inflatable toys. If there's something you want, let us know, chances are we either have it already or can get it for the party.
What do you love most about your job?
One of the best things about working photo booths is that everyone you talk to is always having a good time. Everyone is able to get into a booth, have a good time and get some great memories that they can take home with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to starting Grad Life Booths, I ran photo booths for seven years. Now, I've moved away from home to Norfolk, and wanted an enjoyable part time job through graduate school. Every employee at Grad Life Booths is a graduate student, allowing for a lot of flexibility with party times.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're a local small business owned and operated by a graduate student right in Norfolk. We have experience working a variety of parties, and are one of the few companies in the area to offer both enclosed and open booths. Add to that the variety of add-ons that we offer, and it's clear that we're a good company to reach out to.

At Grad Life Booths we are happy to offer over the phone or zoom consultations to help customers decide what type of booth and what options are right for them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For Covid-19 safety we have switched from using a manual start system to a remote control system, lowering our high touch areas. Photos are also being distributed directly to customers by our on site attendant, and masks are worn upon request. Our props are also being sanitized between events.

We offer enclosed and open photo booth options with multiple add-ons, props, and printing or sharing options. All gear used it professional grade, and we bring backups to guarantee everything runs smoothly.
