It's all full analysis of value, time, and antithetical point of view in order for the conversion to happen successfully as all other projects process in the same way.

Modern / Contemporary / Classic - In reality, there is no styles in Architecture. It's the concept that should be driven, not the style.
What do you love most about your job?
Ilpoom Jeong loves doing design - He loves it so much that he wants to do it for free! although GSA can't allow Ilpoom to do that:)
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ilpoom Jeong is a 3rd generation of Architect family. From his grandfather to his father, and his father to him, Ilpoom Jeong has a sense of pride for keeping family's design legacy through 3rd generations.

Yes, we can provide online or remotely. We are fully equipped and functional with all online presentations and weekly / bi weekly design meeting and construction administration online although we visit the sites when it is necessary to check the progress in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following NY & NJ Covid protocol. Wearing masks& Social distancing are required during the site visits. Any digitally presentable items have been discussed online instead of physical meetings. We care our client's heath & success as much as the project itself.
