We know it may seem presumptuous, but all our dishes are special. We cook with passion and only with amazing ingredients. This our history, this our passion
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have our menu, of course, but we are very flexible. We go out of our way to meet the needs of our customers.
What do you love most about your job?
All. All aspects of my job are exiting. This is not only my job, this is my passion. Cooking make me very very happy
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first own business in Italy, many years ago, more of 30 years. Only with the same philosophy: quality, study and research. I mix tradition and innovation. This is for me the perfect combination. I can’t forget who I am and where I from, this is my solid base, but I have to explore new technique, new way to satisfy, before my expectation, then my customer
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am not the best, of course. But always I try to do better and for sure, my customer will be happy and satisfied and they won’t have thrown their money to the wind. It will be an unforgettable experience
