I had never taken my dogs to a professional groomer before and Lisa took such good care of my Jake. He has a history of itching resulting in skin issues, and after his grooming appointment these have improved. He is shedding a lot less than he was previously, and looked fabulous afterwards! My doggie, Lucy, is old (14 yrs) and kinda cranky ..Lisa and everyone there just treat her like the princess she knows that she is. They know her quirks and work with them. The first time I tried to groom my dog. It didn't go very well. She actually ended up getting a sore from trapped moisture that I overlooked.
Lisa however made Nukka look like she dropped 20 pounds by removing all the excess undercoat that was stuck underneath her fur. Summer time was approaching and nukka was shedding and leaving a trail of hair everywhere she went. Not after Lisa! Now owning a (at-the-time stubborn) large headstrong (sometimes I think insane) alpha Alaskan Malamute. Lisa was able to have nukka tolerate the process and even relax. Nukka came out looking more gorgeous than before. It's also a massive plus and number one criteria for me that my dogs love the person who is handling them. Lisa by far meets any and all criteria anyone may have. She is by far one of the most Professional and personable people I have ever met. I wouldn't trust my two dogs with anyone else.

Seriously the best grooming experience! Lisa is a Godsend! My dog has very thick fur, she also has some kind of skin allergy, and is a nervous pee'er and Lisa handled it all like a pro! She got our Zoey's hair looking fabulous, beautifully trimmed, NO more rash, and she didn't nervous pee once! I love animals deeply and have always been drawn to them which lead me to my current business.
