What do you love most about your job?
When the accumulation of design decisions, client goals & collaboration with contractors allow for lines on paper to come to fruition. Its rewarding for me to see projects come to life especially during the construction phase.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Originally from Ireland, I’ve been fortunate to live, study and work in the states for many years. I’ve had the opportunity and privilege to meet and work with many wonderful and inspirational people which ultimately influenced and provided a foundation for my Architectural Practice today. Relocating back to the Bay Area in 2015 and closer to family with strong roots in the Construction and Real Estate Industries I shifted my focus to Residential construction and specialty commercial projects. Immediately I noticed a need for both the Client and the General Contractor to be at the table from the beginning of the process with the intent of aligning client goals & construction documents with the reality of today's ever evolving construction costs.

The initial phase in which the architect and client discuss the goals, needs, and function of the project; design expectations and available budget; and pertinent building code and zoning regulations.
It involves research and decision making that helps the architect and owner establish performance requirements and design criteria for the project.
