Geff and GMS have been a genuine pleasure to work with. I love the videos and it has been fun getting there. Now, understand that I've worked with a handful of video/photographers over the years and the images might look ok, and it can be painful getting the shots. They don't do their market research. The shots are composed off the cuff (no forethought). Stress. Hurry up and wait, always back end issues, poor communication...blah, blah blah. NOT with Geff at GMS. I really had fun working with him. We started off with a meeting/proposal and he had really done his research (HUGE plus). Understand that my ideal clients are very specific and my segment is very competitive. Geff had a plan. Video day: smooth. I'm not an actor. I'm a doctor. I'm totally nervous...Geff and his team made it easy. Product: Editing process was easy. I didn't feel like I was speaking a different language when I made a request or asked a question. He listened.
