Pete is by far one of the top contractors in Tampa. Being one of his subcontractors for over 8 years not only did I get to see Pete interact with the client but also the other subs. Almost every project has the unforeseen happen and Pete understands that is just part of the process. He never took a short cut and when challenges would pop up, Pete would always have a number of different options for his clients to choose from to get the project back on track.
