By listening to their story, hopes, and possible obstacles or struggles that may inhibit their success. Then walking with them each step of the way to help them stay on track.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people help themselves! Teaching women how to shift their attitudes and perception of themselves and their bodies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be different from the normal personal training culture and encourage women to love who they are when we start and who they are when we finish!

Online Yoga Instruction
I provide real time online yoga flow instruction for those who can’t get to a studio or are limited in their mobility. All levels are welcome and accommodated!
