Loved this total body workout! Just what I was looking for ! It was challenging and you could go at your own pace making it harder or easier ! Beautiful setting on the grass over looking the ocean ! I would recommend this class for sure! More...

Jenn is the best! Pilates in the morning is the best way to start the day! I can't wait to come back and try boot camp and HIIT. Jen is patient and kind. She is very attentive and engaged... Especially when it comes to instructing on position & posture ! Such a cool class! More...

Took three different yoga classes offered by Get Glad Maui while on vacation.  Signed up for  the 1 hr SUP Yoga via the website for $55/person.  This price is unbeatable!  Other places were charging about $155/person for 2 hrs.  Core yoga & Aloha yoga were both complimentary for Marriott Wailea guests.  Definitely took advantage of it!    SUP Yoga w/Sarah was awesome!  It was our first time SUP'ing, and Sarah gave great guidance.  We paddled out to calmer water with no issue.  Doing yoga on SUP was really fun.  Some poses were a little challenging, but overall more fun than anything.  Sarah also showed us some SUP tricks for faster turning.  It was too bad Sarah's GoPro wasn't working, so we couldn't get any photo.  FYI, Sarah is a professional wind surfer and a US Women champion for 2015!!  She is also the star of a documentary (GirlonWave.com).Both Core yoga and Aloha yoga were held at a nice ocean-side location.  Core yoga was no-joke, don't think you can slack off on your vacation!  This class definitely worked the core, glut, and all over!  I was feeling it and sweaty like a dog after the class.  It was great to start off the day with a good workout, so I can indulge in all the yummy island food!  Aloha yoga was less intense.  The instructor gave good instructions and challenged us none-the-less!  I'll definitely  come back to 'Get Glad Maui' the next time I'm in Maui! I live on Maui and I was excited to see an add in the Maui Times for SUP classes as well as other fitness classes. I'd been wanting to try Stand Up Paddle boarding, but wanted some guidance. I ended up trying Jen's Yoga class, Ty's Bootcamp and Jen's SUP class. I recommend all of them. Both Ty and Jen are great teachers. They listen to your needs and abilities to challenge you, but also give you options if you're rehabbing an injury or have an physical limitations.Ty's Bootcamp is a fun, challenging class. He combines cardio intervals with strength sets...no weighs needed. It can be as intense as you make it. I love this because the class intensity isn't based on the level of the participants. You can push yourself or choose to take it easier. You'll earn that poolside Mai Tai after this one.The SUP class was for all levels. Now if you're very experienced then it's probably not for you, but who knows you could still have fun. Jen taught us how to carry the boards, get them in & out of the water, basic maneuvers on the boards then we did a few vinyasa flows. The soft waves add a real challenge. I fell in 3 times, but hey that means I'm learning...which was kinda the point.Look up getgladmaui.com and go take a class or two wether you're on vacation or live here. More...

While running by the Wailea Marriott last month, an unusual yoga class near the beach caught my eye.  I stopped to watch and then waited to talk with the instructor because I could see that this was a class that I, a long-time and older runner, could really benefit from.  I've been attending Jenn Gladwin's (Get Glad Maui) core yoga class ever since.  I don't know how something so challenging can be so fun and motivating at the same time, but it is; due mostly I think to Jenn's professional knowledge of exercise physiology, her philosophy and her incredibly positive, perceptive being.  This is really something you owe it to yourself to try. -Jeanne Schaaf More...

I just flew back from Maui and one of the highlights of my trip was a private Standup Paddleboard lesson with Jen at getgladmaui. com  Even though I am still sore from the great work out, I am so glad that I took the challenge.Jen was a patient and very encouraging teacher.  She pushes you to challenge yourself and to make sure you're having fun at the same time.  Jen specializes in helping women who are new to water sports to get into them.  She was also great with my husband who joined me in the lesson.  He wasn't initially that interested in spending the money on the lesson, but after the lesson was over, he couldn't stop talking about how great the sport is and how great a teacher Jen was.  He was immediately trying to see when he could go out again and how to get his own board.Jen stressed what a good sport it is for families to do together.  My kids were so excited that I tried something out of my comfort zone and are looking forward to me joining them in more beach activities (instead of sitting on the sand watching them play). Thanks Jen for making our trip to Maui one to remember!
