An innovative platform for real-time, on-site messaging. I first saw this product at work in a local cafe and was captivated. I stood and watched the social media feeds as they were displayed on the screen. Not only did I enjoy watching what other coffee lovers had to say about the business, but I wanted to join in the fun and write a clever post and take a picture that would make someone else stop and stare the way I had. The Syracuse University Alumni Association has used Gilded Social several times over the past year -- during Orange Central homecoming and reunion festivities, as well as during Commencement Week. The boxes are incredibly easy to connect to TV screens, and they're very easy to manage through both the website and the mobile app. Alumni LOVE seeing their tweets show up on the screen during our events, and we love that we can combine social media feeds with graphics that allow us to share relevant information. But what's most impressive about Gilded is how responsive Scott and Ryan are. They respond to my emails literally within minutes and have even come to SU in person a few times to troubleshoot.
