Solid old school gym but with all the equipment you need to lift and train. Was lucky enough to stumble in while out of town and throw some weight around. Much appreciated GHS!

Amazing community-focused gym, where it is readily apparent they care about their members. Locally owned small business with 24-hour access and provided towels. All the equipment you could want and plenty of space to use it. If you’re into classes, the trainers have a high level of biomechanical knowledge that provides quality instruction to people of all ages and ability levels. More...

I trained for about 3 months here and loved every training day. This is by no means a “cookie-cutter” gym that you might get with *anytime fitness* or *ymca*. The owner only buys quality barbells and I have never had to wait for a squat rack. The gym has also never been crowded in the time I trained there. The only downside I can see is the building is rather small. More...

As a professional strength and conditioning coach/sports physical therapist I have trained all over the country. Gig Harbor fitness is by far one of the best. Phil Ruscigno is a stand out at what he does. I wish I could take his knowledge and training ideology (and his club) back with me to Charlotte North Carolina. Our professional athlete population would love his conditioning and training model! You’re very lucky to have him in Gig Harbor! More...

This is the place to be if you want to get strong! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The gym is newly renovated with a generous supply of power racks, barbells, bumper plates, and iron plates. The place also includes cable machines and cardio machines - pretty much everything you could ask for in a no-nonsense gym. More...
