How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We offer a very welcoming and supportive environment. All of our members push each other during workouts and are there to cheer each other on. Our trainers ensure that every movement for each training session is explained thoroughly prior to the session to ensure that everyone understands how to safely and effectively perform the movement. This helps prevent injury while building stronger bodies.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
1. Rest- if you aren't getting enough sleep (6-8 hours each night), you're going to struggle with recovery.
2. Diet- you need to get in tune with what you're putting in your body. Food should be considered fuel, NOT comfort. We know that nobody likes to hear this, but if you want to be effective at gaining the best body you can, you need to get familiar with meal prepping, counting your macros, and drinking plenty of water. We can help you!
3. Training- have a plan. Plan on training AT LEAST 3 times per week for 30-60 minutes per session. Incorporate all facets of fitness if you truly want to build the best body possible: Endurance, strength, plyometrics, speed, power, flexibility, and balance ALL go hand-in-hand if you're serious about building the best version of YOU.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and getting to know about them and what is their inner motivation. What I love most once I get to know people is having the opportunity to help them improve and be the best version of themselves. It's a great feeling to witness the positive transformations (physical, as well as mental), and knowing that you are a part of those changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've always wanted to open our own business, so this is a dream come true for us!

We offer unique training that makes fitness fun and addictive. Our fitfam keeps coming back for more because our methods are so effective.

Yes. We can connect remotely via Zoom or Facetime. However, we already have a very tight schedule so it's limited availability.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since we opened in December of 2019, we've always sanitized after every single class and deep-cleaned after the last session of each day. We've continued to keep a detailed checklist to ensure that every piece of our equipment is sanitized after each use and will continue to do so long after the COVID restrictions have passed.
We also take temperatures as people arrive to ensure there are no fevers present.
Personal Training
Not quite ready for group training or want to make sure that you're ready to embrace fitness?
Our one-on-one private personal training sessions might be what you're looking for to get started. In this setting, we provide multiple assessments of your posture, flexibility, strength, and balance to better understand your movement patterns and help correct any muscular imbalances or postural issues. "Straighten yourself before you strengthen yourself!"
We offer 60-minute personal training sessions by appointment. Sessions can be purchased individually or on a cost-effective 5-pack punch card.
