My husband and I recently renovated our first home -- a loft-style condo in a historic building in downtown San Jose. Our project involved major architectural changes, rigorous HOA board approvals, and a prior project that left our electrical situation a mess. My kitchen is beautiful! The timing and actual work of this project was minimally invasive to my family even though we were living through the remodel process.
