What’s your signature dish?
Geechie Rolls, steamed collard wrapped around rice, meat, and our signature sofrito, and stewed in a chicken tomato broth.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We pride ourselves on tailoring a menu for each client. We do not offer specific menus because we do not limit ourselves on any specific type of cuisine. In other words, we are a one stop shop!
What do you love most about your job?
Being passionate about what we do. It's not a job when you love it, It's passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in the industry for over 20 years My partner and myself decided it was time to build something for ourselves. So the Geechie Rican was born
