Amy and Game Time are the best!  They take such good care of my sweet and high energy Aussie mix and consistently go above and beyond for her.  We come home from long days at work to a different dog on the days that she has walks/runs with Game Time, and she is always much happier, calmer and doesn't chew or get into trouble, and they always provide sweet notes and photos of their outing.  Amy has also been very understanding on a couple of occasions when we absentmindedly forgot to leave our key in the lockbox, she would return later in the day or have someone else do so, so that our pup could get the walk.  Really awesome. The few walkers we have had are always kind, extremely trustworthy and appear to truly enjoy their time with our dog, and she clearly adores them.  I can highly recommend this dedicated team, we feel so lucky to have found them! I happen to be one of 'those' dog moms. Very. VERY Particular about their care. There are three people I would trust my fur-babies with and Amy is one of them, without hesitation. We started using Game Time Dog Services last year, and I have nothing but good things to say. We have two medium sized dogs that have quite a lot of energy. With my wife and I both working downtown full-time, they're often inside for long periods of time during the week. Game Time was able to service our area, and provide great and consistent visits allowing them to get walks, belly rubs, and potty breaks throughout the week.Game Time offers several services for your pooches, provides a way to check and change your scheduled walks/etc, and they're extremely flexible and responsive in general... they even helped us find a home for one of our Foster puppies by posting details on their site and social media to get the word out.They truly are dog lovers, and will give your pups the love and care you do, and now our dogs have new friends that come and visit them every week! I started using this service about 2 months ago and wish I had started years ago. Amy and Greg are great!!! Game Time has been walking and caring for my dog since he was 7 weeks old. He is now almost 3.5. Game Time Dog Services is the BEST dog walker I've found in Austin - and they are very affordable. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would. Amy and her team routinely took my dog out every day for almost 6 months while the pup was growing up. I can say without a doubt it was a major influence on her growth and behavior during those early super-excited months. Just returned home from a 6 day vacation in which Game Time was in charge of our two elderly dogs. They are so much more comfortable in our home than at a boarding facility (one is blind so really doesn't need the stress of a new environment) and having Game Time come puts us so at ease. We sent a long list of instructions (one dog requires medication administration) and Amy followed up with great questions ahead of time. The dogs were so happy and adjusted back easily to us being back home. We received a picture every day from their visit and our main caregiver, Sharon was so personable. I can't recommend Amy highly enough! We have a crew of four dogs, overwhelming to say the least. They immediately could sense that Amy was a friend and I could tell that she felt the same way about them. Amy took care of them for five days for us. She sent text updates and pictures which were really comforting. Our crew suffers from allergies and she made extra effort to wipe their faces and paws, which offers them a lot of relief during these high pollen months. What really, really made me a life-long fan and loyal customer is the difference in the dogs when we came home. We've left them in the care of friends and family in the past, which I'm truly grateful for, but I have to say that the dogs have never been happy. We usually come home to a group of screaming mimies, frantically trying to say "we almost DIED without you"! This time, we came home to a group of happy, healthy, calm dogs. Game Time Dog Services is one of the best dog sitting/walking services I have used in Austin. I have an older dog that is becoming very high maintenance and requires different medications throughout the day. I was somewhat worried about leaving her alone for almost 2 weeks while we went away on vacation. Game Time helped relieve that worry. They provided lots updates and communication while we were away. Amy and her team are the best!  I went out of town for an extended vacation and my older lab has a hard time being boarded.  Amy and her team took such great care of my pup, I really felt ok leaving him for such a long time.  He had some stomach issues the first few days, and Amy kept me up to speed and we talked a few times about if a vet visit was necessary or not.  They did a great job cleaning up after my pup too (I think my carpets were cleaner when I got home then when I left).  They were super great and flexible when my flight coming home was cancelled and I ended up needing one more day of service at the very last minute.  I should say this was all handled with such ease and grace, and I come to find out later that Amy was on her Honeymoon.  That is how much she cares about her clients...I would definitely recommend Game Time Dog Services and will be using them again in the future! AMY ROCKS!!I had to go out of town and don't ever want to board my dogs.  I asked Amy if she could dog sit for me.  Of course she did, even though in her personal life one of her very own dogs was going through a difficult time (she left them in the care of her also capable husband).  My dogs were so well cared for, she didn't miss a beat.  One of my dogs is on twice daily meds/eye drops and eye flushes- she took care of everything.There are not enough words to say how secure I felt with both my home and the care of my 2 closest pals.  Amy has a permanent key to my house, and a permanent place in our hearts.  SHe is truly great. I usually only leave yelp reviews when I've had a bad experience, but my dog and I love Amy so much that I feel like she deserves the time for a review. Amy goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is happy. She's flexible and always friendly (no matter how many nervous emails I send !) She runs with my dog during the week, and has come on the weekend when I've been out of town. She's dependable, always responds to emails/texts, and is just a really nice person. She sends me texts at work with pictures of my dog after their runs- I love that! Best of all, I can tell a 100% difference in my dog's behavior on a leash since Amy has been coming. I don't know what she's doing, but it's working! I loved my old dog walker in Houston, but I think that I might like Amy even better! (I think my dog agrees!) Amy is AMAZING! Amy just started walking my two Boston Terriers two months ago and I could not be happier for a slew of reasons: 1. She does her JOB. My dogs differ drastically in age. I have a 3 year old and a 4 month old. To say the least she has her hands full. But she handles them both and gives them both the attention they need. She makes sure the older dog gets the the walk in and the more rambunctious play she needs, while making sure the puppy has his puppy pads, his crate set up, and the attention he needs. She always gives me a post walk update on how they did, what they did, and has even sent me cute pics of them playing. I know my dogs are being well cared for. 2. She is trustworthy. It's hard to let someone into your home, unsupervised, when you're not there. It's definitely a risk. Amy has a key, comes when we are not home and we have left jewelry, even (gasp) money on the counters and it has never even been so much as touched. I trust Amy in my home. 3. She goes above and beyond. Amy scanned and sent us potty training articles and even brought over some extra puppy pads to help with the impossible task that is potty training. 4. She is flexible. When we first started using Amy we took quite some time getting her a key. So everyday she had to drive to our building management office (off-site), wait for someone, get a key, drive back to the house, then afterwards drive back and drop off the key. I felt terrible! But she never once acted like it even bothered her. She stays closely in touch and seems very easy going and flexible- something very important if your life is so busy you're considering a dog walker! I really can not come up with any criticism. I wish I could to give this review a little more credibility... but I have nothing negative to say! More...
