My boyfriend and I rented the whole facility out for our 20th anniversary back in November of 2018. I forgot to write a review shortly after the event, so I'm not sure if they're still open to renting out the arcade (it's not showing as such on their site). Either way, it was a great place for our party and for $1000, we got the arcade for 3-4 hours. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks. They have an area with two large tables and a sink and fridge so it makes serving food a breeze.There were several games that weren't working properly, but still enough games to keep 60 guests busy and having fun. Christy, who I dealt with at the time, was a breeze to work with and the two employees they had on site the night of the party were also super nice.UPDATE from the company's site: Unfortunately, the steady increase of rent finally forced a move to a new warehouse space that while providing many great benefits and increased storage capacity, does not allow for onsite events. We rented 6 mini golf holes, bags, and bubble hockey for our wedding. We had a great experience with Game Plan end to end. They responded to emails promptly, showed up on time, and were friendly and helpful on the delivery day.The minigolf was amazing and a hit with everyone. I really enjoy game plan, and typically attend their monthly open gaming night with my kids. The chief complaint I have that several games were inoperable or had major flaws. Two of the four pinball tables were not working, and several video games had problems (giant screen multicade had broken joystick yoke, capcom multi cabinet had a trackball problem, tron video display had color drop out that made some stages nearly impossible, silent scope primary video was out). Regardless, the price is great and overall the facility is very accommodating and a fun time for all. The clientele needs to consider reserving the space for events rather than having it impromptu during the open gaming nights. I'm not there to celebrate your kid's birthday, and you shouldn't mean mug when several people take tables that you've decided belong to your party. We just had my son's 10th birthday here. AMAZING. Everyone had so much fun- the kids and the adults! The staff is nice and super helpful during the event. The party was extremely easy to book and Chelsea kept me updated about all of the details all the way up to the day! We loved that we had the entire arcade to ourselves. My office had our Xmas party at Game Plan Entertainment this year and it was a blast. Tons of retro arcade games plus consoles new and old. Can't speak to the cost/value, but (especially when paired up with catered food and alcohol) it's a great venue for events. At least, so long as the attendees enjoy arcade and video games. More...

Such a cool & FUN place for a birthday party for both kids AND adults! I've been wanting to check out this place for a while & so glad my sister held my nephews birthday party here so I could finally get to check it out :). Here are a few of my "oh yeas" & "could be better" & "FYI" ...OH YEA:-you get the whole game place to yourself w/ open game play...:)-they have old school games like Super Mario, Street Fighter!!!! Kids these days don't know about that!!!!-they also have a room w/ the newer video games-they have a ping pong table :)Could be better:-adults have to pay $10 if you want to play even though I was there for a birthday party & the whole place was rented out for 2 hoursFYI:-you can bring your own food -very open w/ lots of space -$300 for 2 hours to reserve the whole place for a party..-they do have a small kitchen space for use -would be an AWESOME spot to have an adult party!! This place is great! Went here for my Mom's 50th and it was a hit for all ages. Pros :- Clean bathrooms- Tons of games for kids and adults - plenty of seating and eating area- kitchen area for prepping - staff is there the entire time and extremely helpful - they had all those little things we forgot (zip locks, cake cutter, etc. ) Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a large group ranging in ages.
