AHmazing. I would take a pic of my food but I can't stop eating. Palak Paneer and Paneer tikka masala out of this world maybe best I've ever had. Sweet owner/chef just a great vibe

There's no place like Fusion Grille, their exotic spices and supreme flavor are the best ones I've had! Located in Downtown Las Vegas on the corner of Bonneville and next to Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel, there is Free Parking at the back of the building. After making a right turn on Bonneville, I found a slightly hidden entrance to Graceland Parking which did lead me to the back lot for Fusion Grille and it's an easy left!Previously, the menu was once a medley of dishes but now the focus is on Indian cuisine. They offer a great selection of appetizers like samosas, curryleaf shrimps, fried fish, and kebabs. Entrees include variety choices for paneer, korma, vegan and gluten-free masala, dal, curry, and biryani. Each item is freshly cooked upon order. Be sure to include a side of rice or bread to enjoy with your dish. For appetizers, I had Vegetable Pakoras ($8.99), it's an assortment of seasonal veggies that are lightly breaded in chickpea batter, fried perfectly crisp, and served with a delicious spicy tomato sauce, tamarind and mint chutney, it's so good! I've also tried Gobi Manchurian ($11.99) which is battered fried cauliflower tossed in a House Indo Chinese sauce, it has a nice slight crisp and very delicious! Portions are quite generous and can easily be shared with two people. As for the entree, I was eager to try Dal Makhani ($14.99), it's gluten-free and has slow cooked black bean lentils flavored with cumin, garlic, butter and cream. This dish is my personal favorite, it's served piping hot! Super flavorful, has a lovely creaminess, and taste best with Cumin Basmati Rice ($4.99). Again, the portions are great! They offer only three desserts. I went with my usual favorite for Gulab Jamun ($4.99), it's made of milk powder formed into a small ball, fried first, and then soaked in a wonderful saffron infused sweet syrup! I'm very happy to enjoy this treat. Rice Pudding ($4.99) has cardamon and shredded coconut, it's really yummy! And for beverage, I love Mango Lassi ($4.99), it has natural sweetness of the fresh fruit blended in yogurt, so healthy and delightfully refreshing! I've also tried Rose Lassi ($4.99) which has yogurt and rose syrup, taste is very subtle and light. Other than that, service is good! The chef is so kind, welcoming and gracious. He is the only person there who took care of dine-in orders, efficiently preparing and serving each dish one by one, and still manages to remain courteous and attentive at all times. Incredible! This place was an incredible surprise for me.  I work downtown and was expecting a sort of fast-foodish fusion fare but the menu was pure Indian when I visited.  The chef worked front and back of the house and clearly loved cooking and serving his food.  The food was cooked fresh while you waited.  He delivered it with a quirky flare, explaining each dish down to the minute detail.  The Palak Paneer was smooth, creamy, and flavorful, best I've ever tasted.  Hands down my new favorite Indian restaurant in Vegas and I found it by accident. I have been eating Indian food around the US for over 30 years. I have ordered palak paneer and chicken tiki masala countless times. This chef's preparation was the best I have ever tasted, fresh and flavorful. The chef prides himself on making fresh food. The flavors were so distinct and defined. This is my new favorite place for Indian food in vegas and possibly the entire US! More...

First pick-up from Fusion Grille today, the veggie samosas were delicious and the owner was super-friendly.  So happy to have a nearby Indian restaurant, and since it's just a short walk from my office I'll be returning soon to sample more of the menu!

We recently discovered Fusion Grille and have ordered takeout from them twice. We loved it both times. They're doing a really excellent job. The first time I ordered a butter chicken and loved it. Really great flavours. The second time my wife and I ordered the paneer butter masala and the malai chicken kabob. Again, both were excellent. The sauces are thick and rich and full of flavour. The chicken is really tender and grilled to perfection. I can't wan it to go back and work my way through the menu. The owner is friendly and is willing to offer suggestions and to customise orders. They recently reduced the size of the menu to focus on what they do best, which is their Indian food. Convenient location on Las Vegas Blvd. in between Charleston & Fremont Street. There's free on-street parking just around the corner. So it's easy to get in and out. Five stars, thank you! More...

Excellent food and excellent service. I found this restaurant by accident driving by on Las Vegas Boulevard. This is a hidden gem. They had changed their menu from their online menu. They are serving Indian cuisine as opposed to fusion cuisine. My friend wasn't sure about Indian food and the chef offered to cook anything off of their old menu which he provided. I love Indian Food and was not disappointed.  Everything was excellent I am definitely coming back. The chef was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a little history lesson about the different regions of India in their different cultural influence of each region in cuisine.  five stars More...

SO good. I ordered the pita trio for an app and the lamb wrap. I definitely thought the prices were a bit high (I still kinda do for the dip trio), but the wrap was huge and worth it. I could only eat half at a time. So much flavor and the veggies in it were great. They didn't skimp on the lamb like some spots do, so I appreciate that. I thought it was going to be more like a gyro, but it was a legit wrap in a tortilla and surprised me how good it was. The dip trio was good and came with quite a bit of pita. I've just had it for way cheaper than 10 dollars at other places before. It came with baba, tzatziki and hummus. All pretty good. Can't wait to try more things from them, Mediterranean food is my fave. Check them out. More...

This is my first Yelp review that is anything less than five stars. If a restaurant is really good I feel compelled to share my experience. This is not the case. My co-workers and I ordered lunch from there today via Uber Eats. I had the shrimp bowl. It tasted like a microwaved dinner.  Co-worker got chicken skewers...they weren't bad per se but they certainly weren't over 2 stars. Really disappointing because we heard great things about Fusion Grille. Good luck! More...
