Reid, if you get this, thank you for taking Ryan under your wing and doing your best to give him some direction. That guy has been lost for a long time. If you still speak with him, tell him that he just needs to punch his fears in face, always go for the gold and keep reaching for the stars. Don't let everyone making fun of his FaceBook posts deter him. Anytime he is upset or insecure about his progress to date, just tell him to post about his corporate logo tatoo, being "from Brooklyn", self "publishing" a book, having a single Mom support him, or fixing up an old camper. We'll all be here to support him with a like or polite enthusiasm for his most recent accomplishment. More...

Reid seemed like he did all of the work. Ryan didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He spent most of his time wiping down the plates and table. He appeared rather lazy.
