Chef Jason was AWESOME to work with for a small yoga retreat that I hosted this past Fall. From the planning stages all the way through execution, he was extremely professional every step along the way. I really appreciated how thoughtful and intentional he was about the menu design, factoring in dietary requirements. I'm grateful he was able to work within my budget to create imaginative dishes - which were so healthy & INCREDIBLY flavorful. Each meal was seriously divine. The tea pairings served alongside everything were the perfect finishing touch. All the retreat attendees raved about the meals! I definitely hope to work with Chef Jason again for future events.
