Describe your creative process.
I meet with the clients to find out what they need and give suggestions as necessary, based on similar work I have done. For creative work, like logos, I submit initial designs or comps to see which designs are accepted. Then I refine the accepted designs to work down to a version that is finally approved. At every step along the way, the clients are kept in the loop, so that they know how the project is developing the the final result is something they accept and are expecting.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Technical specs, like size, resolution, likely final applications, such as print, web, or other devices, are some of the most important to have when starting out, especially for most production work. For more creative work, such as logos, I also need the image you need to portray, the culture of the company, and the audience you are trying to reach are also very helpful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an artist, so this is the best way for me to keep doing what I love doing and also provide a useful service to people at the same time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have years of experience working for clients both large and small on a great variety of projects.
