Five stars all the way! My dog Romeo has been coming here everyday for daycare since we moved to Miami and we couldn't be happier with the space! The area is great (and huge!) and perfect for dogs to spend their day in. They are able to run around with dogs their size all day, and on occasion also have pool days which Romeo definitely loves! They send videos every day showing how our dogs are doing and what they are up to. Their boarding services are also great! Romeo did not come back stressed or upset, and all his toys which I sent over with him during his stay, came back in perfect conditions. Thank you so much for everything you do for me and my puppy! I am so happy I found Freedogm and my baby Appa can't get enough of this doggie daycare! Seriously he runs away from me and follows the staff without hesitation and comes back home healthy, exhausted and full of tail wags. What I love about this location is: the indoor and outdoor play area (very hard to find a business in the city with outdoor space for pups without going south), the video updates they send and the pool days! My dog has been attending Freedogm for over 2 years now, since he was around 16 weeks old. He started in the small dog park and then when he got bigger and more mature (he's a golden retriever) they moved him over to the big park. Everything about my experience with this company has been positive. Their employees go above and beyond and are always nice and friendly. The space is amazing and the dogs get to run around all day. Every Tuesday and Thursday (weather permitting) they have a pool day which is so fun and special for the doggies. Not only that but they are transparent with any incidents. When working with a lot of dogs things can happen but they are honest and work to fix the problem so it doesn't happen again. When your dogs are playing they have 2 "park rangers" constantly monitoring the park and making sure the dogs behave and are at their happiest. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone looking to board their dog or just looking for a way to expel energy during the day! More...

Ive been bringing my golden here for the past 2 years and its the best dog daycare I've been too. Living in a apartment, I love being able to pick my dog up after work and having him relax the rest of the night. I read the comment below what am I think is dogs are dogs they play and those things can be happening I use this place for more than three years I have 4 dogs and sometimes they came to May home with some scratches. ...but? That is ok because they play all day long! My two chihuahuas have been going to freeDOGm 3 times a week for the last 2 years and they love it there. When they get home they are tired and ready to go to bed, I love it! They send me videos where i can see my dogs having a lot of fun, playing and socializing with dogs same size in a really nice outdoor park. I saw a couples of bad reviews, but we need to know they are dogs playing with dogs and things can happen, is the same as you take your kid to daycare. I have had an incredible experience at Freedogm. I brought my dog Maya after she outgrew another daycare that I was using. The other daycare had been fine, but it was smaller and entirely indoor. Freedogm is large, has wonderful outdoor and indoor room for my dog to roam and be a dog!Freedogm has different "parks" (for lack of a better term) that they seem to rotate the dogs (they are separated by size, mine is in the medium park) through. Some of the parks have agility equipment, some have what looks like "doggie playground equipment," on Tuesdays and Thursdays they bring out wading pools of water for an hour for the puppers to cool down! Every day I get a video; and every day I see Maya relaxed, happy, curious, and having fun! She is in her proper environment, with other dogs, where she can behave as she should.What I love about Freedogm is there are handlers around who are knowledgeable and patient with the animals, have their best interests in mind, and have the owners' best interests in mind as well. They have set Maya and I up with a wonderful trainer to help us through some of the more advanced training and Maya is progressing nicely. They are responsive, always friendly, and I couldn't ask for better peace of mind for daycare! I drop off Maya every day, and she literally cries with excitement as we get close, bounds out of the car and runs right into the facility. She waits at the door because she cannot wait to be there to play for the day! It is the best feeling as a pet mom to know she's in such good hands.I have family close who loves to watch her when I travel, but if I didn't, after knowing the staff and speaking with everyone there and knowing how much they care for the animals, I would feel very comfortable having Maya say in one of their doggie suites as well. I have been taking my dog Camila to FreeDogm for almost one year and I cannot stress the care, love and professionalism from them towards the doggies. This is the ony place that I know that dogs can actually be that, dogs, where they are able to run, play and socialize. There is no better proof than our furry babies. The BEST daycare in Miami!!!
