My dog has been going to Four Paws for almost 6 years. She loves it there and better than that - they love her! All of the workers are hyper-aware of all of the dogs' needs. Our puppy loves going to 4paws to play. They helped us with her fear of other dogs very carefully. It is so hard to find a cat boarding place and Four Paws does board cats and has plenty of boarding options.  I've boarded my cat there a handful of times.  The price is also right.  I pay a little extra for the indoor-outdoor private kennel...my cat tends to be aggressive with other cats so it's perfect for him since he is indoor-outdoor at home.  The staff is nice/friendly.  There's no frills or extra pet attention but the important stuff is taken care of...he's safe, he's fed, and cleaned up after.  Overall I'm super satisfied with the staff and service.  I have no worries about bringing him there again and again More...

I am grateful for four paws pet ranch. I have had three experiences there and all have them have been positive. My pupper, Linus, is not the bravest dog around. When I took him for his first grooming appointment, they were efficient and kind. Within an hour I got a freshly bathed dog. They were very accommodating with their day care and were once again compassionate to my dog. This is a place that loves animals. When I first brought my boy to Four Paws for daycare as a puppy, he was very shy and timid of strangers and other dogs. I was equally nervous to leave him considering I am a control freak, but Corey reassured me they accommodated a variety of dogs and personalities. Since attending daycare, Hopper has become a confident and gentle giant thanks to their amazing team's patience and kindness. Outside of daycare, he plays beautifully with other dogs because of the socialization and correction from Four Paws. The entire team is kind and professional, always updating me on Hopper's day. Best in the world my cocker loves the girls so hapoy to see then not scared at all i park my dog bobbe runs to the door so exicted to see the girls prices who cares but cheaper then any place i go there every 3 months also my buddy has brought joey to i tried if i can make an appointment in Windsor 2 months here i call 4 days cool i still owe them a pizza tip next month my cuz also brings her dog always so th ts the best great parking too love them may 3 appointment again they cut my cocker spanial perfect if he got flees give him a flee bath too they are family now for ever

Thank you thank you thank you thank you I can not Express how thankful weare for all the staff for taking care of our dear beloved onyx. All the staff there are very loving and caring and very respectful, while my wife and I were having a hard time finding housing we were homeless sleeping in out truck for 7 months.we had to work during the week and had nobody to take care of our dog, they really helped us out in a major way for 7 months.while my wife and I battled it out they help us. Love this place so much. We take our lil guy Jack to the groomers here. Always a wonderful service. They are really good with animals. Our guy loves them.They will customize your requests. So sometimes we get a full grooming, other times just a nail trim, other times paws trimmed and under belly cleaned up.They're really kind and prices are fair. You'll be happy taking your pets here. This is long overdue... late july we had to evacuate lakeport due to the river fire, I called four paws pet ranch to see if we we could have are two large dogs dropped off until we could figure out where we could stay not sure how long we would have to be evacuated.  When i called, Leah answered the phone and i told her about the lake county evacuation and without any hesitation she said ABSOLUTELY. I take my hat off to the owner of four paws for having an EXCELLENT manager and that's Leah!!! I have been bringing my dogs to four paws for about five years now and they have NEVER ever let me down. My dogs love it there. Everyone that works there love there job and they are so attentive to all the animals.  People reading this review please know your dogs are in good hands at four paws. And once again Leah thank you again for helping us out at the drop of a hat. The hardest part of traveling is figuring how to care for my German Shepherd. I found Four Paws when looking for doggy day care and I instantly fell in love with these people. My GSD loses his mind when I come home from work EVERY night. When I picked him up after his first day at Four Paws he ran around with energy and happiness and "oh by the way it's good to see you" but not his usual "oh my gosh, thank God you're back! I thought you abandoned me! "I subsequently boarded him at Four Paws when away on biz for 4 days and got the same happy but not stressed greeting when I returned. I took my small dog to the groomers at Four Paws, and am glad I did.  From making the appointment, to dropping off and the final result were all positive.  I was pleased with the questions asked by Bernadette at the start of the visit.  She made sure there were no allergy concerns, and wanted to know what type of grooming to do.  The end result was I got the grooming for my dog that I asked for.  Not all groomers get it right, but she did indeed.Thank you, and I will return, as the grooming was spot on as well as the care and price.  Good job! We have brought our dog here a few times over the past couple of months for playtime and once for boarding and have never been disappointed. I take care of fostering animals. I brought a very messy, matted and dirty terrier there to be groomed and beautified. They did a wonderful job of clipping the foster dog and making sure that he was comfortable and not frightened for the procedure. I was treated kindly and professionally from the moment we walked in until we left with our beautifully groomed dog. I really appreciated when we drove in someone came out of another area of the facility and asked if they could help us. I don't know why I haven't reviewed this sooner; we take out three miniature longhaired Dachshunds here for grooming every other month or so; the service is fantastic - everyone is so nice, capable and professional.  The work that they do on our three girls takes easily half the time as any groomer we've used in Sonoma County (as well as the regular groomer we used in San Francisco for years) and is a third of the cost.  After a visit, our pets look better than after a visit to any other groomer, mobile or otherwise, that we've used in over 15 years.I cannot recommend this business highly enough and am grateful that I discovered them last year.   Oh, you lucky dog! When I first checked this kennel out for boarding my cat a few years ago it was clearly run down and more focused on canines than felines. Since then, they've cleaned up their act and when my usual kennel got shut down in the Tubbs fire evacuation, I decided to give them a try. My cat spent two weeks there and came home none the worse for wear. Their rates are reasonable and the customer service is good. The only complaint I have is that they did not trim my cat's nails before we picked him up like I had asked them to do. I'm going to use them again for Thanksgiving week. Update, boarding is NOT $10. a night, but it will cost $10. A night MORE if your pooch is not social and spay/neutered. I apologize for any confusion, my Walter isn't always friendly so I'm happy to find a place that for a little more they take him even if he's moody. Walter is booked for the holidays. I've tried three other kennels in the past, but Four Paws has my vote. They love animals, and their people skills aren't bad either!My daughter needed volunteer hours for school, and she worked here, so she got an insiders view and enjoyed the work. It's located in the country; it's organized and as clean as a kennel can be. If your dog plays well with others and is spay or neutered, the cost is $10. a night less so they can accommodate your mate or your animal just get booked before they fill up. More...

We recently left for a two week vacation and my neighbor recommended Four Paws for boarding our sweet 1.5 year old Labradoodle, Roxy. When she explained that David would pick her up and return her home, I was sold. I can't rave enough about the service, care and peace of mind Four Paws provided. Roxy loved it from the moment she greeted David at our home till she returned, fully exercised and  bathed. While we travelled, the staff kept me updated on Roxy's experience and well being. I have a long haired German Shepherd - not the quickest or easiest dog to groom!  Bernadette does such a great job with him!  He's always clean, not overly scented (we are sensitive to artificial scents), and trimmed beautifully.  I was in the veterinary/boarding/grooming industry for many years so I am picky and knowledgeable....but I have no complaints about Bernadette!  She's a gem and I always feel comfortable having my Zeppelin there in her capable hands.
