Ever since my husband got me divorced for the past 6months, i've not been myself. I was reviewing some post of how i could get back my husband then, i saw a reviews shared by Marina Choas from SWEDEN about a spell caster named tunde. I contacted Marina Chaos to confirm about how tunde helped her and she clarified everything to me of how he helped her and that gave me the courage to get in touch with . tunde for help. tunde assured me that my days of sorrow will be over within 78hours after he has finished with his work. I followed his instructions he gave to me because I had the belief, faith, hope and trust in him. Verily I say to you today that i and my husband are back together and I can proudly say and testify to the world of what tunde did for me. Foundations Counseling provides mental health therapy and education for couples and families dealing with distress. The goal of couples and/or family therapy is to restore a sense of well-being, create healthy relationships, and strengthen the family unit.

We help partners and families create better communication, improve emotional clarity, and increase trust and security within their interactions. By offering a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment, our counselors help couples apply goal-oriented efforts toward building a healthy relationship based on respect, support, and trust.

Couples psychotherapy is meant to help partners gain insight into their interactions, in an effort to better understand what may be contributing to continued patterns of conflict and distress in their romantic relationship.

Couples therapy can be helpful in identifying negative communication patterns, differences in values and beliefs, and challenges in your relationship that are affected by different factors such as work issues, a new baby, intimacy, infidelity or emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, or substance abuse. Additionally, couples therapy can also be useful in identifying healthier ways to end a relationship or marriage.

However, couples therapy is not just for relationships that are in “trouble.” Therapy can be a proactive tool to help couples learn to communicate effectively early in the relationship and prevent major issues in the future. Through couples therapy, couples can address those “small” issues in a constructive manner, learn how to soothe each other, discuss and hear each other’s fears, cultivate a deeper sense of respect and love for each other, and so much more.

While couples therapy can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience— and an opportunity to reconnect with your partner— it is not a “quick fix” and requires continued awareness and work for long-term change.

Whether you label yourself an addict or not, most people who reach out to us are at least struggling with cravings or compulsions to use. At Foundations Counseling, we aren’t interested in labeling you; we’re here to support you in getting your life back on track. If you feel like drugs and/or alcohol have a grip on your life, now is the time to act. There is no shame in asking for help.
