How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work individually with each client to create a custom experience built just for them. Whether it's a special occasion dinner, or Meal Prep for someone with heavy dietary restrictions, I do my best to create the best fit for each guest.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creativity and personal touch that comes with being a Personal/Private Chef. I get to know each one of my clients and their preferences to better suit their needs and desires, as opposed to being in a large-scale commercial kitchen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I liked the idea of cooking something different every day and keeping it exciting! This business has also given me the opportunity to travel and meet all sorts of nee people!

An intimate dinner experience cooked in your home, featuring 1-5 courses and options for a cocktail hour or wine pairings.
Chef's Table
A surprise menu designed to flow with locality and seasonality, 5-10 courses with wine pairings.
Meal Prep
Typically a weekly service, providing fresh and nutritious meals in an easy and convenient manner to alleviate the stress of everyday cooking. Specializing in those with heavy dietary restrictions.
Full-Time Private Chef
Clients accepted on a case-by-case basis by contract only.
