How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Motivation and dedication I will constantly push them in a positive way to help get them into good shape or build up there pre4mance . The client must be ready to workout every time they arrive it keeps both of us accountable for our goals
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dedication just working hard day In and day out stay consistent it’s important keep yourself motivated it’s your goal that’s made for you also staying positive when times are hard and you get stressed out just keep the confidence that you build in advance
What do you love most about your job?
The joy it bring when I step out my comfort zone and help someone achieve there goals it makes me happy to know I can help someone In need and also in all age groups
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lack of health and just wanted to help people that can’t found that motivation or don’t have that self drive to go to the gym or go for a run at the park I also started my fitness journey because I enjoy working with kids also helping them develop good health fitness and nutrition and award winning in my book
