I used Fluff Pet Sitting's services for the first time this past week for my 2 dogs & 2 cats, & have been very impressed ever since the initial meet & greet with Abby. She showed great attention to detail, & it was obvious how much she loves animals. She didn't rush through the visit, took the time to get to know each of my 4 furbabies, including an additional stray kitty who tends to show up at mealtimes! Jessica & Madi shared the pet sitting duties while I was away for a week, & they both took the time to come over to meet my crew in advance as well, which was helpful so I could show them the ropes. Their love of animals was evident, which is obviously important when entrusting other people to take care of your babies. Getting to meet everyone in advance, & seeing them interact with my crew really helped me feel confident that they would be in great hands. Going out of town is stressful for me, because one of my dog's suffers from moderate separation anxiety. Which, in turn, gives me separation anxiety! While I was away, I got very detailed, thorough updates & pics after every visit, which really helped me feel confident that I didn't need to worry. They showed great attention to detail, & even did things I didn't request, like take the trash to the curb, vacuuming here & there, rotating the blinds, etc. They don't time their visits & the extra snuggles/TLC they gave to everyone was so comforting, not just for me, but for all of my furbabies as well. I know this because I have never gone out of town, even for a wknd, without at least one of my pups getting into mischief. Either a couch, an ottoman, a window sill, a baseboard, or something always suffers the consequences of me leaving. I couldn't believe it when I came home & found everything as it was when I left, meaning there was no mischief/destruction while I was away. And I was gone for an entire week. That is amazing & tells me they definitely felt less stressed, which is priceless to me. I will definitely be using Fluff again for my pet sitting needs! More...

This was our first time using Fluff, but we couldn't be happier! Abigail came to meet us and our two dogs the week before our trip and answered all our questions. While we were gone she and Jessica visited as promised to care for our "boys". They played, cuddled, and took great care of them. Oh, and they watered some outside plants, brought in the mail, and took the trash to the curb. After every visit, we got a thorough report with pictures. We will definitely use them again!! I have had nothing but great experiences with their care of my two cats thus far. They are timely, thorough, responsive, get along great with my kitties, reasonably priced and reliable. As many others have noted their website and portal are easy for booking appointments and making payments, they give detailed updates regarding your animal's care and they set up interviews with pet owners before starting services so that they have important and or helpful information on file. When I started doing a bit of travel for work last year, a friend recommended them and I have been happy to utilize their services ever since. More...
