What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with the client's I see - hearing their stories, and seeing them improve and start living they way they have always wanted to. It is so rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after working at other practices and realizing I wanted to do things differently. On the one hand, I didn't want a place with 20+ therapists that felt huge and overwhelming - instead I wanted to create and maintain an intimate, personalized feel for all of our clients. I also wanted to start a business where the people working here are happy to be here! Unlike other practices where you can find therapists employed who are overworked and underpaid, you will not see that here. Every therapist working here loves it!
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a group of the most highly trained and qualified therapists who can help you with things like depression, anxiety, relationships and grief. We WILL help you - call us and see.

We do both in-person and online sessions. Online sessions have been a life-saver for so many throughout the pandemic and many clients choose to continue to meet virtually because it's so convenient and easy! We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For clients coming in to the office, we have sanitizer readily available in the waiting room and all offices. If you feel most comfortable wearing a mask, we have those available for you - but no one is required to! We regularly clean and disinfect all our spaces because your health (mental and PHYSICAL) is our top priority.
