I've had a lot of massages from a bunch of different people (this is partly because I used to live near Utah College of Massage Therapy and took advantage of their $20 student massage deal with some frequency). The deep tissue massage I got from Ren today was right up there with the best I've had. You can tell that she has a gift for being in tune with your achy muscles, often picking up on the spots that need extra work without my telling her where they are (or even before you realize, "hey, that spot's really tight!"). Go see Yvonda for all your waxing needs, she is amazing! I visited Flawless Day Spa for the first time yesterday to get a bikini wax before I went on vacation. The spa is very clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It had been a while since I had a bikini wax and was nervous about the pain. Yvonda said I had nothing to worry about and said she would stop at any point if I needed a break. She talked to me the whole time which helped take my mind off the pain. She was also very thorough and made sure to get all the nooks and crannies. The results were great and I've already booked my second appointment with her!

*Word of advice: I took some Ibuprofen about 30mins before my appointment time and it helped with the pain and inflammation. More...

The hairdresser who did my hair was amazing! She actually does normal layers, I was really struggling to find someone who will do it properly. My hair look amazing. I used a groupon, so I also got a great deal.

The only thing that i did not like that the salon required their customers to put the card on file which would be charged in the event that customer will be late, no show or reschedule less than 24 hr before the appointment. More...

Very nice spa! Learned about them from a benefits fair at work, and they offered 1/2 off for my first appointment! I had a customized organic facial. It was very relaxing and everything smelled amazing. A few things differed from some other facials I've had at other spas in the past (not necessarily good/bad...just wanted to mention it). 1. There wasn't a strapless towel top to wear, but I still felt comfortable because I was under the sheet just like a massage. 2. They didn't pull my hair back in a towel or a headband, so I felt like it got in the way a few times.They did recommend products after, and I did buy one facial cleanser which had been nice so far. I always feel awkward at spas when they offer products. I didn't feel anyone was pushy, but I always feel obligated to buy something. Great massage in a clean and cozy environment. I heard about Flawless Day Spa via Groupon, and found a wonderful deal (~$30-40 for a 60 minute I Deserve It All massage). For the amount I paid, I was very pleased. However, do note that the 60 minutes actually includes the time spent leading you to the room, talking to you for a few minutes, and letting you undress and dress; it is not a full 60 minutes. The massage therapist was professional and effective, and would ask appropriately for feedback regarding the amount of pressure she was applying. I would come back again, although it is a bit pricey to pay full price. They do have massage packages that they allow you to split with others though, so I might try to do that instead.Also, note that this building is a little difficult to identify because there is no obvious signage. Follow Google Maps, and turn into a small parking lot next to a nondescript building, and that's it. When you walk closer to the entrance, you'll see their sign. More...

I had a great first experience at Flawless Day Spa. The location has a nice little vibe. The appointments were running a few minutes behind and I was a little annoyed by that, but I honestly it was only a few minutes and I don't think it would have bothered me much  if I wasn't in a rush. I had a 1-hr massage with Tonya, who I think is wonderful. I am not a regular massage-getter, so keep that in mind. Prior to my massage here, I had one massage 5 years ago. I got the Groupon "Deserve It All" massage, which was a steal when comparing the full price of massages. I opted for a combination of a Swedish massage and hot stone massage--and am really glad I did! My masseuse was Tonya, and she was very sweet and did exactly what I asked for---a massage that would leave me feeling less stressed, and less tense. Normally, I don't write reviews. However, my wife purchased a gift certificate so I could have a 2 hour massage for my birthday. After the experience I had I felt obligated to share. Sara was the therapist I worked with and she was incredible. I've had a number of deep tissue massages before due to back problems. Not only did Sara work hard on my back but she took the two hours to do a full body massage. I'm definitely one who is very comfortable trying new things so I was glad she turned it into more than relaxing my back. I don't know how much of MY money my wife spent for MY birthday present but it was well worth it. :-) I would absolutely come back again and I'd be sure to make the appointment when Sara is available. Okay so I had my very first facial today. Amazing experience. I got the Customized Organic Facial. First I have to say that Yvonda is incredible. She is so professional and personable at the same time. She really takes her job seriously and wanted me to have the best outcome for my skin, which leads me to Extraction. Woo extraction is not for the weak. It is very painful and she made me cry lol, but it's worth the pain. I have had several different treatments at Flawless Spa, with different technicians and have always come away very satisfied and relaxed. The services they provide are always some of the best I have had anywhere. They take every persons individual needs very seriously and enjoy getting to know their clients. The staff are very friendly and the surroundings are very tastefully decorated, very peaceful. They provide a wide range of services. I am currently attending a Mindfulness and Meditation class there, which is really helpful. They also offer specials frequently, which is helpful to the clients, making it more affordable. I have purchased a combo package for facials and massage, then another time for a chemical peel and body wrap.I would recommend Flawless Spa highly and have taken friends of mine there, who also agree with me.I usually set up my next appointment as I leave from one.
