My own creations are my favs. Fresh Oyster Picatta Vol Au Vent and my Za'atar Spiced Lamb Chops with Coconut Harissa Sauce to name a few.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our menu is customized to your preferences you let me know what's your favorite cuisine and I create a fusion menu just for you! Let's walk through the menus together to create the perfect one.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion for helping people create memorable events, great food and the addiction of seeing people smiling for the food they eat.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We disinfect with UV light and Mist before and after each event . Mask restrictions are always in place.
Buffet Services (no minimum guests )
We create a customized buffet option for our clients and their guests. An array of dishes to choose and customize based on your preferences. Ask for our signature buffet or our tailored buffet service.
Each buffet includes cold station, soup and hot station. Carving and dessert also available. Elegant plasticware is included, cleaning service and staff.
(China is available for an additional fee)
Full Platted Service (no minimum guests)
Our FPS (full platted service) includes; Service staff , China, flatware, linen napkins, glassware , stemware, table linens, personalized printed menus. Our signature service starts with 3 courses and our tailored service range from 4 to 6+ courses all with initial bread service included. Bar service available.
Bar Service
From wine bar, beers, cocktails, partial and full bar we have it all. Our service encompasses an array of top shelf liquor, wine, domestic and crafted beer including the most professional and attentive mixologists. Give me a call and let's customize your event.
Bites, Platters & Hor's d' Oeuvres (stationary or passed)
Yes! we also offer an array of small bites and Hor's d' oeuvres for your party, housewarming, corporate events, small gatherings and weddings. No matter the event you undertake we have the solution for you, ask for our signature bites or our tailored bites service always with the best quality you can find.
