This is a really good local gym. I recently got a membership to this gym at a very good price with lots of benefits. The equipment is very good and very clean. The trainers are great as well, and are very helpful and informative. The lockers are the best I've seen in any gym and will suit all you locker needs, even a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Overall this is a very welcoming, professional, and great quality gym. Definitely worth you time. More...

Small gym with good vibes! Unlike big box gyms, everyone greets you by name at the door. It's not intimidating and you can feel at home whether you're an athlete or a reformed couch potato. This place attracts a good crowd too. More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All our FitPros are certified to design individual programs for exercise and nutrition and to help keep our clients accountable toward their goals. The workouts are fun and are tailored to your age and physical ability, using a combination of body weight and weighted exercise, cardio, and increasing your endurance, flexibility, and strength.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. You need someone to help you make a plan and stick to it. 90% of success in getting fit is just showing up!
What do you love most about your job?
I myself have lost 100 pounds in the past five years, so my favorite part of this job is taking everything I learned to improve my life and sharing it with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing how the fitness industry helped me change my life. I decided I wanted to do that for others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not the kind of trainer who will yell at you and push your body to serious injury. Everyone starts in a different place on the road to fitness; I'm just hear to encourage and support you along the way with programming your workouts.
