With me you will have someone to, not only draw up your exercise programs, but I will motivate you to get through them. Inspiring people. Many times in life, us as humans have the tendency to give up prior to getting to our destination. The problem isn't that we are lazy, but it is that we are unsure that if we continue, we will actually reach final goal. My job is to paint a picture of how you will arrive at the goal, and motivate you to keep pushing forward until you get there.

Since I am self employed, that means I am accountable only to my clients. This guarantees them the best service from me.

I am more than a trainer. I care about my clients' physical health, mental well being, spiritual health, and family.

Yes. I provide online virtual training via ZOOM, Skype, or Google Meet. We will set up a link and use the same one every session.

I also travel to my clients if need be, however there is a travel fee depending on location.

All equipment at my gym is wiped and sanitized between each client. Also, I spray the gym with sanitization spray. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided free of charge.

Masks being worn is at the sole discretion of the client.
