Chef Michael brings with him the experiences of almost 40 years in the food service industry beginning with his first job at age 16 at a neighborhood pizza parlor. Born in Phoenix, Arizona and a long term resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael’s earliest culinary memories are of baking and decorating holiday cookies with his mother using his great grandfather’s recipes.

The fat chef catered my game night/birthday and everything was perfect!! It was Jurassic park themed and he pulled all the recipes he had and made a menu that best fit the theme! ! What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is Turkey Sausage Lasagna served with Caesar Salad and rustic bread.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to meet and sit down with my clients and discuss their favorite foods, food experiences and also any food allergies. Using that information, I'll then create the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity of cooking and being able to put something of myself into each dish that I cook.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From my first day in culinary school, I knew that once finished I wanted to be a personal chef and caterer. I enjoy the creativity and freedom of creating my own menus and recipes.
