Still training with Julian.
When I started training with Julian I was little nervous. Not sure if he would understand my need and the life style I wanted for myself. Not just a 6 months thing but being healthy and stay in fit in my life what I really wanted. But after training with him and talking, he really knows what his doing. His always on time, takes time to explain certain things with you. Also, he will take the time to get to know you and understand you to help you better. When you are not training with him, you know what else you can do to help yourself. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the way body works, he can also help you with your meal plan if you do need help. I can honestly say am very happy to be training with Julian he has helped me to exceed my goals well... not there yet ☺️ But will soon..... 🙂! Highly recommend Julian for your training. More...

I believe that we have too many Personal Trainers, but too few Trainers that are Personal. What this simply means is that in order to help clients achieve the best possible outcome, trainers have to be willing to walk with them every step of the way. Building a personal and professional relationship with my clients has always created a connection that transcends the workout session. When clients are impacted, they will go and make an impact in their lives.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years and have narrowed down the secret to getting the body of your dreams to these 7 principles:

1. Love yourself enough to say no
2. Commit without the thought of quiting
3. Be coachable
4. Be honest with yourself/Never Cheat on yourself
5. Be willing to work hard
6. Habits must change
7. A strong Purpose/Why

What I love most about my job is when my clients do what they never thought they could do. When they become who they were always meant to be, FIT.

Growing up I suffered from depression, fear, abandonment, low self-esteem, and anxiety. All these things ultimately lead to emotional eating and many stressful nights of crying. I wanted to be free, but I didn't know HOW. After high school I joined the military and was immediately shipped off to boot camp. Boyyyyyyy was it tough. BUT guess what? I made it through. I was chiseled up from head to toe, my confidence was high and I felt so powerful in my uniform. For the first time in 8-weeks I really took a good look at myself, and I didn't look the same way I did when I went to boot camp. I completely TRANSFORMED! For the first time in my life I realized a simple truth; the ability to BE FIT, confident, powerful, strong and courageous was hiding inside of me all along. All boot camp did was provide the PURPOSE, environment, discipline and structure for me to WORK IT OUT. What boot camp did for me, I want to do for other people. The first step begins with you! If not now, when? If not you, who?

With over 8 years of experience with helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals, I am confident that I can help them do the same. Aside from that experience, I am a well trained fitness professional with the International Sports and Sciences Association, which is an accredited institute. Also, I will dedicate and exhaust all my resources to make sure they reach their goals!
