WE LOVE CHEF DION FOR COMPANY EVENTS!!! Chef Dion has hosted events in our office space with our most prestigious partners and we couldn't be happier. Not only is he an incredible chef, he is an entertainer! If you want to have a great party, than you'll want Chef Dion there.... We just went to a cooking Sushi party catered by Chef Dion and Sushi on Tap this weekend. My husband and I had a fabulous time and recommend hiring them for parties and groups wanting to learn how to make Sushi ! We loved It!

Chef Dion pulled through last minute party, I had 80 guests for a last minute holiday party. The fish was fresh the food amazing. He was on time. Chef Dion aka Uncle Sushi is a delight to be around. I had the pleasure of meeting Dion while working for the same company out here on the East coast. I really want tot hank Chef Dion and his crew for making my sister's wedding an unforgettable night. We knew that we wanted sushi for her wedding but these guys blew it over the roof with their sushi. First of all, the presentation was so gorgeous and really made the venue stand out. Chef Dion was beyond amazing, the sushi was delicious it looked incredible, was very fresh. He played amazing relaxing music all through the night, and even hung out and partied with the guests after which everyone appreciated:)) I would recommend Chef Dion for any party large or small!

What a blast! Chef Dion helped my girlfriends and I (and brother!) make memories for a lifetime! He made some delicious sushi treats for us, as well as gave us a fun, interactive and very helpful lesson! I hosted the sushi lesson party at my house and was so impressed by Chef Dion. He came over early, got everything set up, created a very positive and upbeat vibe for the event AND did most of the cleanup! I actually got to truly relax and enjoy a party at my place without running around all night. It was such a unique event and one that will always be remembered. Chef Dion is amazing!  I won a sushi party  from Fishontap at a silent auction fundraiser for Mychal's Learning Place, a nonprofit organization that serves children and adults with developmental disabilities.  Chef Dion came to the house and entertained us with his sparkling personality and most unbelievably delicious sushi.  He taught us how to make spicy tuna rolls and hand rolls.    We all drank sake' and had a great time!  My friends were all very impressed by Chef Dion's skills.  We would definitely do this again! Chef Dion is one of the kind! We had a birthday party and were looking to do something different, I called 5 sushi catering companies. I tell you, the only one who was responsive and had a great personality is Chef Dion. He works with your budget and communicated every step so you do not have any questions and feel comfortable. On the day of the party, he showed up early and on time, he had bunch of food surprises and his sushi was very tasty and delicious. Hired Chef Dion for my birthday party last November for 30 of my friends. Was the best birthday I've ever had!! He came prepared with an abundance of appetizers including pot stickers, edamame, spring rolls etc and then proceeded to make sushi on the spot with fresh fish, veggies and fruit. I was looking for a "different" way to throw a surprise birthday for my girl and this fit the bill. Chef Dion met my friends at my house while I took her out for a few hours and by the time we returned he had a full sushi bar set up with delicious rolls made to order.
