This was the third or fourth place I called about my newborn puppy crying. They were the ONLY ones who offered any help at all. SO kind and patient on the phone I can only imagine how nice they are in person!! Even at 2:15 in the morning! I am so happy they were able to give me answers and told me I could bring the puppy in if need be and they would do anything they could to help. THANK YOU!!! More...

We brought our ole tabby girl Maddy in tonight thinking the worst and Dr. Nash and the team scooped her up and treated her like one of their own! ! Probably one of the best vet visits I’ve ever experienced hands down, even in an emergency!!! They kept us very informed throughout the visit and came to us every time to explain what was happening and the cost!! After a horrible experience of waiting over an hour and 45 mins at another vet at 2:30 am. First Coast welcomed us with open arms and eager to help my puppy right away! Tonight, at 1 am my sweet beloved dog was unable to get out of bed. We rushed her to the only place we could think of. The doctors were right there to help my pup out of the car and were very efficient and precise. The doctor was very factual and everyone there was super kind. And they got results and a plan back to us very quickly and thoroughly. The place is very clean. I had to take one of our stray cats in because it was falling over and it's head was turned sideways. Everyone there was friendly and nice. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. The doctor diagnosed my cat and explained everything to me. No treatment is administered without a quote up front. I highly, highly recommend this place! More...

I arrived to this location in the middle of the night, sobbing, holding my pet in my arms. My pet was treated the second I walked in the door. I was very vulnerable and I would have paid anything to see my pet in good health again. I left this clinic hours later with a $100 bill. They did not take advantage of me. I would never go to any other emergency vet. I just want to say that everyone from the front desk to the vets are absolute ANGELS that restored my hope in life. I could never be the one to have to deal with sick animals, but when I needed someone I was SO GLAD that this clinic was there for me. our 1 yr old cat was bit by a poisonous snake - paw was swollen, bleeding and oozing. half hour later upon arrival, they quickly started IV with anti venom, treated for pain, he ended up staying overnight and was good to go in the morning. place was nice and clean, staff was super knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional! and our critter lives for another day! highly recommend for animal ER visits, I would def return More...
