Fetch! Has been outstanding caring for our two dogs and one cat. The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! I have had a fantastic experience with Jill and the Fetch Pet Care Team. I hired their services to walk our Corgi puppy on the days I have to be back in the office during Covid-19. The in home meeting before service begins is a great way to meet the sitter and see if they are a good fit for your pet. I like that they wear uniform shirts, it is very professional. I also enjoy getting my Pet Care Journal updates with a blurb about the visit and pictures of the dog! Scheduling is simple on their website and the team does their best to accommodate all requests. A previous pet sitter backed out 2 weeks before our cruise even though we had booked them back in May. I was lucky enough to find Fetch! Pet Care (Plantation) during a search. Sharon and Jill came by and met our 5 birds and little Shitz Shu Bella and went over what needed to be done during the 2 visits per day for the 8 days we would be gone. They gave us a rate which was very fair. During our cruise we got 2 updates per day and photos of our babies. They are wonderful and take really good care of your babies!! I highly recommend them.
