Fetch! Has been outstanding caring for our two dogs and one cat. The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! For a company that states they have very experienced dog walkers, my experience is the complete opposite. My puppy was not walked at all, but instead "played with". They made me pay for this "walk". At the end of this "walk" my puppy is supposed to be fed, he was not. I texted the walker and asked if something happened and why my puppy was not fed, she refused to respond. I know my dogs pooping schedule. I returned home from work and the play that the dog walker did, did not happen outside. My puppy was sitting in poop for hours and it was obvious that he had pooped more than once in his kennel. He was whimpering when I came home and got him out, bathed him, and fed him as he was supposed to have been 6 hours earlier. I really like paying for a dog walker, that is over priced, to come to my house and not do their job. This is a horrible company and I would not trust your dogs to these "experienced dog walkers" they don't have a clue on how to handle dogs or walk them. More...

We have been using Fetch Pet Care for over 5 years. They are the best!!! The best Pet Sitter for my little Bitsy is Elaine. She is the best. She talks to Bitsy the same as I do and takes her outside, which she loves. She gives her treats for going to potty and she know how to make her cross her feet in front of herself as I do. She also takes pics and sends to me and leaves me a letter about Bitsy when she was here. She is the best, I always choose Elaine every time I need a pet sitter. We had used fetch for various trips and needs years ago, great staff member who we trusted and did well with our pups. Fast forward to a month ago when 4 dogs later we decide to take a 10 day trip states and hundreds of miles away. Our dogs had went 3 years with one of us home which was worrisome for us so we didn't know how they would react and our alpha dog can be quite the princess. We just needed them to be safe and have the house still standing when we returned, lol. We took a shot and called fetch. It was as if we never left and were treated with nothing but care and patience. And that amazing staff member, still there years later! Liz, you did a amazing job and I can never find the right words to tell you, Joe, and the fetch Secretary how effortless and great you made this experience! I have used Fetch 2 times, the 1st time I came home earlier than the sitter thought I would be home only to find my Fatima full of poop and advised the pet sitter that she would need routine booty baths as she has IBD and sometimes she gets poop on herself which she did not. Fatima had days worth of poop on herself and the entire house stunk because of it. Since I came home earlier than the sitter thought I found the petsitters husband inside my home which I never agreed to nor did she ask me if he could come to my house. The second time. The pet sitter was over confident, on her first day she traumatized my cat Buggy who knows no strangers. He got his name because he is a pest to all who enters my home. She traumatized him so much she couldn't even give him his medicine and because she couldn't do her job they had to call someone else in to administer the medications and then charged me double each time, twice a day for 5 days and didn't advise me there would be an extra charge. Then when I complained about the charge Lori tried to make me feel like a crappy guardian stating that other pet parents wouldn't have complained about the money as long as their pets were being taken care of. I couldn't get her to understand that that it isn't about the money it is about her communication and taking advantage of me being out of the state,and that she should have at least advised me of the additional fees. I will never use Fetch again. Buggy has not been the same and when I got home I had to take him to the vet because he was so stressed out I didn't think he would make it. They take no responsibility for their actions when they are wrong and try to put it on you. It is not my fault that the second sitter couldn't do her job and someone else had to step in. If you go to Mc Donalds and order food and the girl at the register doesn't know how to run it and they pull someone else in to complete the transaction you don't get charged extra for that.So greedy this company is. Puppy Sitting
You love your new puppy with all your heart…but you’re less fond of stained carpets, chewed up shoes, and slobbery clothing. Thankfully, you don’t have to go through the process of transforming your little rascal into a good boy or girl all by yourself. Our local sitters can help you customize the perfect feeding, exercise, and potty schedule for your pup while helping them learn the proper way to behave in your home.
Dog Walking
Most dogs can’t wait to hear W-A-L-K, but it isn’t always easy to find time for their favorite activity. We can help you give them their daily dose of fun-filled exercise with a 30, 45, or 60-minute walk that includes any feeding, watering, or potty breaks they need.
Pet Sitting
Whether you have a dog, cat, bird, fish, gerbil, snake, or really any other type of pet, you can trust us to look after them while you’re away. We’ll take care of any food, water, waste, and exercise needs, and, of course, give your pet all the love and attention they want.
Overnight Pet Care
Based on the service offerings of your local Fetch! Pet Care location, we offer overnight or “almost” overnight pet sitting services. Pet Taxi
Your pet leads a busy life; one you can’t always keep up with. But we’re here to help. Whether it be a nearby vet appointment, trip to the groomers, or playdate at the park, our pet taxi service can make sure your pet safely gets where they need to go.
Medical Administration
If your pet has a strict schedule for taking prescribed medication, enlisting a little help is never a bad idea. Our medical administrators are experienced with pills, shots, injections, and fluids and can ensure that your pet is getting the right medication at the right time. In their experienced hands, your pet will feel calm and comfortable.
Wedding Service
Let us take care of all the things your canine companion needs on your special day. Our appropriately dressed pet care giver will ‘chaperon’ your pet to your ceremony, reception and/or photo shoot. Once completed we will ‘escort’ them back to their home or our sitter's
Cat Care
15, 30 or 45 minute visit in client's home. Let us play, feed, refresh water and clean litter box cleaning while you are away. Complementary Home Care included in time period.
