This pandemic, and subsequent issues have affected us all. As a therapist, and life coach for those outside of Florida, I can be of help. I have a holistic approach, and yes, as a mental health practitioner, my life coaching will in fact be the same, just with the added benefit of my reaching a wider audience.

What do you love most about your job?
As cliché as this sounds, I enjoy being a tool to help people deal with life's stressors, and have always had a helping mentality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father inspired me to start my own business through his actions as a small business owner.
Why should our clients choose you?
They have every right to chose me, or chose someone else. I would like to say it is because I am awesome that people choose me as a therapist, but I think it is because of the clinical research I used to do, and my trying to better myself every chance I get. No one is perfect, but I believe that everyone is trying to be, or should try to be.

I provide services primarily online since COVID-19 hit. I still practice at my home, but it is something I only do with people who are willing to take the trip to Hollywood/Hallendade Beach, Fl.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I try to stay primarily online, and on the off chance that they would care to meet in person, I try to be as clean as possible.

1 theraputic hour/life coaching session:$75
5 sessions (payed in full): $300 ($60 a session)
10 sessions (payed at once): $550 ($55 a session.
1st session is $37
Beck Depression Inventory 2, Beck Anxiety Inventory, and Beck Hopelessness Scale
All 3 screening tests for $50
