Have been bring my dog there for a few years and only had a few issues with the business a couple of time we had to pick up him up early because they wanted to close, one time there was no one there at time of drop off, and one time he came home liking like a RAT! !. In Feb he was at the Daycare and got infest with lice (never heard of lice in dogs but he was treated by the vet, shampooed and I finished his cut) Then in July he was in daycare and got the lice again but he did not scratch or have any systems, but he was sent home 1/2 finished and was charged $50.00. He was not allowed back until PROOF of treatment was proven. I understand that part for sure. Now to the present, he has not been at the daycare since July, brought him in on the 13th. We then received a call that he had lice again (extra treatments meds were purchase in July from the vet just in case) I treated him and there was not a one lice dead or alive last night or this evening as I am in the process of finishing the cut. And we have now been told that he can not return at all as he has had 4 cases of lice (This is only twice, based on my count) Do not forget the cleaning of house and bedding that needed to be done, and there is no lice! Recently we had a family emergency that required some last minute (literally) care and an ever changing schedule for a crazy week. We highly recommend Feathers & Tails and Regina and Kylee. Our dog Chewy is 11 months and we left him at home for a week while we went on our first vacation without family watching him. We really wanted to take this vacation for our three girls, ages 14, 11, and 7. Anyway, we couldn't have been more pleased with the care that Regina and Kylee gave Chewy and feel like we really lucked out finding them. A few weeks before we left, Chewy was attacked by another dog and had to have surgery and get 8 stitches. He was skittish after that for a bit, and he was at about a month post-attack when we left. We wanted to make sure we left him in the right hands, and we definitely did! Regina and Kylee came three times a day to walk him - and to obviously give him lots of love - because he did very well being overnight on his own. And they said he was a good boy! We'll definitely ask Feathers & Tails to care for Chewy again in the future - we feel lucky to have found someone to trust him with so we can go away on vacation without worrying about him. More...

I have been using Feathers and Tails since I moved to the area almost two years ago and could not be more happy with their service! I have a very energetic Boxer and every time he comes back from a walk he is nice and tired! They are so accommodating with changing schedules, weekend care and holidays which is so rare! Feathers and Tails have been taking great care of our 1 year old yellow lab Rowen since we first brought him home over a year ago. We always wanted a little puppy but didn't know how it could be possible with all our busy schedules, but they have not only made it possible, but made it great for us! Andrew comes every day and gives Rowen all that he needs and our puppy feels as though Andrew is part of the family. They are also extremely flexible and have always been there for us, even in those unexpected events that turn up sometimes, they were always available to help. Feathers & Tails is simply the best! I have a 4 month old golden retriever who has been getting weekly visits from F&T since he was 8 weeks old. Karl has become a much better walker and enjoys the visits. They are always so accommodating to our ever-changing schedule and very easy to work with. We love seeing their posts during the day too when we aren't there. It's hard to find reliable and trustworthy services, and Feathers & Tails has it all. Feathers & Tails is just the best! My 2 dogs just love Regina, she treats them like her own. I have used them for pet sitting services many times, and has given me great peace of mind while we are away. Her interaction with them is just wonderful. Videos & pictures are posted so I can see how they are doing. I get a written journal of each of her visits. She administered medication to one of them, alleviating any concern I may have had. Before even having myself moved & settled into a new home, I made sure that I had care lined up for my dog during the day while I'm at work. After much research & many e-mails to different groups, I set up a meet & greet with Regina. She came prepared with a binder full of information, we had great conversation and she answered all of my questions/concerns about having someone come into my home and taking my dog for a walk. Regina & her team are reliable, accommodating and trustworthy. A big plus to F&T is that they are also available evenings and weekends. As someone with a schedule that can change quite frequently I had to be sure I could rely on someone being there when I have a week-to-week & last minute changes. F&T always works with me & are there when I need them! Our first walker was Lynn who my dog adored and now we have Jenn who is also loved & takes THE BEST pictures. I love seeing updates on Facebook while I'm at work and reading notes about their outing when I get home. I have recommended F&T to many and will continue to do so. They clearly love what they do, are a great team that cares about each and every furbaby like their own!
