I love it! It’s the best decision I’ve made! The Instructor is VERY knowledgeable and if you have questions or aren’t able to complete a task, he’ll show you the best way to defend yourself! They have a really good workout sessions called Fit To Fight and they also have a Women’s only class! As well as Advance Classes (Which I’m wanting to join one day)! They’ll push you to perform at your peak but also won’t over push you! They have amazing Teachers and students! I was in the military for 3 years and I’m learned a lot here! They offer a great deal of unlimited classes at a flat rate! Definitely the best decision I’ve made and I highly recommend giving it a try! Young and Older adults even participate! More...
