What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the enjoyment on people's faces after eating one of my meals. Nothing brings me more joy than this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted my own restaurant and have been catering to larger events for nearly 30 years now. To be the reason people love an event is a hope of mine and I believe this to be the road to that destination.
Why should our clients choose you?
To put it simply, I care. I love to see my execution of new cuisine, to give people a feeling of comfort, and to create memories with my dishes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Avoiding illness has always been a target of mine through keeping my work area spotless and thoroughly cleaning and preparing food.
