***NEW OWNER***Just want to say that I've been a member since 2014 and have always enjoyed working out here.Now with Jake being the new owner there is new life in this gym. New equipment and passion for the place. Only been a short time and he has already fixed, upgraded, and improved the entire establishment.I've been working out and training most of my life and can promise you that you will not find a better gym around with these amenities. Kid care, 24 hours, and he doesn't cater to any one style of fitness. All are welcome and all will feel comfortable here. Such a well balanced environment to workout. Everyone who works there is very professional, polite, and courteous with me every time i come into the establishment. Phenomenal updated exercise equipment that has been recently added in with the new management. Have spoke with Jake the owner on several occasions and he is real down to earth with everyone who come in contact with him. Absolutely the best. I wouldn't workout anywhere else. You can find gym equipment at other places (although they just added a bunch of new equipment), but you won't find this staff. I love what the new owner is doing. He is there everyday cleaning and meeting members and has already made an impact in the club with the environment and atmosphere. All the new equipment that he’s brought in has really taken the Club to another level. I’ve been attending classes at this gym in Trinity, & if it wasn’t for Terri, Joni & Debbie l would be 1/2 the person l am. I can not miss a class because the guilt would be enormous. I have found this facility clean. The instructors are great and really want you to get the most out of your workout. There are good varieties of classes and planned to challenge you. Great selection of free weights and machines. It's all a little worn, but nice and clean. I have yet to try the classes, but I've heard great things for friends and neighbors. I just signed up last week, and I am loving it so far. The staff is super friendly! I chose this gym because I wanted a gym with child care, and wow, they do a really good job with the kiddos. I have a one year old that has bad seperation anxiety, and today they went above and beyond for her, having someone sit with her special so she would get someone's full attention. It was just so sweet, and I really appreciated that. It's so nice to be able to take an hour to yourself when you're a busy mom, and know that your kids are well taken care of. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new gym. More...

I love this place. Wish they had a swim class same time, same day each week. The shower and dressing rooms don't offer enough privacy. Lots of machines to use.
