When I first came to Laurie, my mind & body & emotions were in crisis mode all the time. When she gave me certain tools to use it was difficult for me to even sit still for 5 minutes. Now, I meditate daily, have overcome addiction, unhealthy relationships & even critical illness. Years after seeing her, I still go back to her resources that she offered.
