Great dentist. Clearly knows what he is doing. Â I'd choose him again. Assistant was great also. Both were very nice. I even received a call the same evening to make sure everything was good. This is an A+ dental team and I cant believe they take my insurance. The best dental experience I have ever had in 43 years. Â I called the office with an emergency, my implant had just failed and I had a military ceremony that I would be speaking at in a few days with 200+ people attending. Â They were able to fit me in and give me a temporary repair. Â The also set me up for a permanent repair, my old implant didn't match and was easy to spot. Â My new implant matches my teeth perfectly. Â Additionally, each time I showed up they were able to take me a couple of minutes early. Â When Dr. Huang fitted my new implant and had me smile, he actually did a fist pump he was so excited it looked so great. Â You can't fake that kind of caring or passion for your job. The best dentist and dental team I have ever seen. Â Dr. Peterson is friendly, patient, and extremely detailed -- as his his dental tech and receptionist. Â Excellent "bed-side" manners/disposition by him and his dental tech. Â If it isn't exactly perfect, he will keep going to get it to his high standards and your expectations. Â A military dentist told me this is the place she sends her own family. Â Additionally, a fellow Marine and friend of mine was referred to Dr. Peterson. Â He had significant dental and jaw issues. Â He came back and told me Dr. Peterson and his team fixed all his issues and were the best and most efficient he has ever seen in 40+ years. Â After several visits I wholly agree, and as long as Dr. Peterson and I are both in the NOVA region, I will ensure my wife is exclusively seen by him. Â If you are worried about going to a dentist because of past bad experiences or from other stories, my advice is simple: Â go to Dr. Peterson's office now. 5 Stars, for a 5 star Dentist;I just found a great dentist in Falls Church, Dr Peterson Huang. Imagine going to a doctors office and being seen ON TIME. I asked how could this be. The receptionist, Lynn, said she never double books. So each patient gets the doctors undivided attention (wow). I was taken into the back by the assistant, Gina. She was so nice and really wanted to make me feel comfortable. Then Dr Huang came in, he explained everything he was going to do. Then, get this, both Dr Huang and Gina WASHED their hands! Then put on gloves to do my filling. I felt like I was the only person in the office, even though I knew there were other patients being seen by the Hygienist, Diane. I get to see her next. I can't wait, its like getting a mannie & pedie. I love the pampering of someone else taking care of me. I'm telling you go see Dr Huang, you won't be disappointed. More...

What do you love most about your job?
My gender expansive and neuro-diverse clients range from ages 3-70. The field of gender and autism spectrum conditions is highly specialized and challenging. As a therapist and researcher, I love the opportunity to contribute to the growing awareness, understanding and knowledge surrounding this exciting field. I cherish the rewards and opportunities to serve my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began working in mental health in 1993. I have worked with multicultural and diverse populations. The area of gender, autism spectrum, sexuality and trauma is little understood and served. I began my private practice to focus exclusively in these areas to increase access to care and better serve this population.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a therapist and researcher, I am among a small group of experts in the field of gender incongruence and co-occurring autism spectrum conditions.
I collaborate with a team of researchers and medical experts to provide clients with full range of highly competent care.
I have been a member of WPATH since 2014.
